Cellcom Wireless

Had another great experience with Cellcom - Richmond Centre last Friday. We were looking at getting Madeleine a cell phone before she started high school in the fall, but a great deal started last week, and so I called the Richmond Centre location. I spoke with Dave on the phone and he was a great help and gave me all the details on the plan and confirmed that the Samsung Corby Pro that we'd chosen is a great phone. He put one aside and asked me to see Justin when I came in later that evening.

I didn't get to the store until about half an hour before closing, and the store was busy, but Justin finished up with his customers and quickly moved to help me. He was just great in setting everything up, and helping me choose a phone number. He also had no problem at all staying past the 9pm closing time in order to get the activation done just right.
